Mammoth Tusk in Silver with Gold Nugget Crown
A ring 40,000 years in the making. Rare, bright white mammoth tusk discovered at The Boneyard Alaska topped with a raw gold nugget Crown for the King or Queen of the North. The cross hatch pattern prominent in this mammoth cabochon is distinct to ancient woolly mammoth tusk, known as schreger lines, they make this ring truly one of a kind.
This ring is a collaboration with Kristin Reeves Park, my aunt. She shapes and creates the cabochon with shards of tusk discovered at the Boneyard while I bring it back to life in its new home, and this time it turned into thawed up royalty.
